Bio

Alyssa currently lives and works in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she also received her BA in pre-art therapy from the University of Saint Francis.  She also graduated with a concentration in painting and a minor in psychology.

Her work touches on themes like the innate connection between human beings and the sensory experience of co-existing with the natural world, as well as the tensions created via human activities, whether their impact be physical or psychological/ emotional.

Alyssa has begun to expand her practice to interactive and/ or immersive installation spaces and murals over the past few years and she hopes to continue to grow in these areas before pursuing an MFA in the near future.
